The neighborhood is terrible. Not kid friendly. But it’s very convenient . Very close to the beach . They also state you get 2 parking passes but it’s impossible to find parking spots . The parking situation was terrible. I would go back to this air bnb for a girls weekend but not a family vacation . Our host charity was amazing . She was very attentive and on top of things . Super friendly . We enjoyed ourselves.

This is my second booking with Charity. She is indeed a superhost and deserves that ranking. She will go above and beyond to make your stay the best. Everything was great. As expected, the place was super clean, super put together. We didn’t bring dogs but the place was ready for them with treats and beds and steps (tiny dogs) for getting up on the bed. We were there for the beach, so we can’t speak about the back yard or the bbq. There were a few diet beverages there in the fridge to enjoy after your arduous drive to the shore. There was a Keurig brewer for coffee and a few k-cups too, so bring your favorite k-cups or favorite ground cuz the this Keurig will also brew a whole pot, filters provided. Everyone in our party was thrilled with the accommodations and the great proximity to the Boardwalk. This review is cut short because I only have 1000 characters. We look forward to booking with Charity for our next trip.

Charity’s place was perfect for hosting a girls trip away with more than enough space for 6 girls. Seconds from the beach and boardwalk. Charity was very responsive with questions. Will stay again if in AC.
