The first bedroom contains a queen bed and a jack and jill bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed with its own outside entry. The third bedroom has a queen bed and Roku Enabled TV with its own private bathroom. The entire has house been completely remodeled and you will love the tiled showers and modern design. The living room features a plenty of seating and a sofa that allows for an additional guest to sleep. A 65-inch Roku enabled TV is in the living room for your convenience. Between the kitchen and the living room is the open dining room. The entire house has plenty of light throughout with all the new windows installed. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. Granite counter tops, new custom cabinets, appliances, and modern lighting will make you want to take this kitchen home with you. Parking in the front has plenty of space for multiple vehicles. We do NOT allow pets at this property. Please plan on leaving your furry friends at home. Violation of this policy will result in a $150 cleaning fee. **GUESTS ONLY. Unauthorized parties or events will result in a $500 additional fee + plus damages. Guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. ** All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of the locked cleaning closet. Garrott and Shawna are your hosts. Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. You will arrive to a very safe, well-established neighborhood located south of Texas Tech University in the Historic Tech Terrace neighborhood on 26th and Akron. Very easy access to shopping, (supermarket is 5 blocks away) dining, and entertainment. This house is a straight 3–5-minute shot to the SW corner of TTU campus. The Hidden Gem is located close to everything. Main roads University and 19th Street are nearby as well as Loop 289. Quick access to everything Lubbock has to offer! Other than Uber Lubbock has poor transportation options, so it is recommended that you have a vehicle. Depending on your plans you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide!
