Clean older home with updated kitchen & bath. Good location - close to beaches & grocery stores. Host responds quickly to questions. Disappointing outdoor space - no privacy and it's not inviting. Guests should be aware that the water isn't recommended for drinking. Since we were there more than a week this was a big inconvenience. Guests should also be aware of owner's items in freezer, fridge, and half the dresser in the main bedroom.

We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful time. Really well equipped. The bbq and beach chairs were awesome to have.

I had a nice stay and the place was very well appointed. Nice towels, appliances and all the household items were very nice.

The house had everything we needed and was about 2 miles from the beach and grocery shopping. We would stay there again.

We had a very nice stay. Location was easily accessible to Venice and Englewood amenities. Hosts were quick to respond to questions. We would stay again.
