Apartment located in a small village in the south of the Ardèche. A place to celebrate holidays, to enjoy the peace and nature. The apartment is adjacent to our house, an old relais de poste from 1750. It has a private terrace (35m2) with beautiful views over the Montagne d'Ardèche, a lovely garden to wander, a pool (12x6m), a vineyard and views of rolling hills. The apartment has its own entrance and terrace with plancha for outdoor cooking. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with Nespresso, microwave, dishwasher , etc. But breakfast can be ordered if you prefer. Dinners are available twice a week (from mid may) using seasonal and local produce. A hectare of garden is yours to wander, scattered with umbrella pines, cypress and olive trees, different seating areas and hammocks and off course a pétanque court. The swimming pool and pool bar stocked with champagne, gin, and pastis are at your disposal. There are two other appartements each for two persons on the proparty.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Leandre et Sylvia avec notre bébé de deux mois. On s'y sent comme à la maison, tout est meublé et décoré avec gout, mention spéciale à la platine vinyle et la sélection de disques ! Appartement super clean et literie confortable. Village très calme avec vue sur les Cévennes et permettant d'aller explorer facilement l'Ardèche et les environs. La planche de charcuterie est également très bien !

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Sylvia und Leander. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet und die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Der Pool ist die ideale Abkühlung für nach einem Tagesausflug in dieser schönen Gegend.

Nous avons passé un week-end parfait, hors du temps, chez Sylvia et Leander. Dans un écrin de verdure, vue sur les Cévennes, nous avons pu profiter du calme, de la nature, faire le plein de repos et de relaxation (grâce à une magnifique piscine et de somptueux paysages). Nous ne pouvons que conseiller chaleureusement cet endroit, rempli de charme. Leander a été très accueillant, conseillant de belles balades aux alentours. Je vous recommande également la formule dîner + petit déjeuner : un régal !! Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

Super Airbnb mit toller Ausstattung in einer noch schöneren Umgebung. Leander war super hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Alles von der Wohnung bis zum Pool ist top gepflegt und man kann die Genüsse der Provence in vollen Zügen genießen! Wenn man es privat mag, dann ist trotzdem genug Raum um sich zurück zu ziehen. Vielen Dank für die gute Zeit :)

Quite simply the best place we’ve ever stayed on Airbnb. The attention to detail from Sylvia and Leander is amazing. From the well equipped flat to to the BBQ, everything was high quality and spotlessly clean. Leander was incredibly friendly and helpful and they put on a meal for us whilst we stayed, which was above and beyond our expectations. The food was sublime. The hosts were available but it still felt very private. The area was simply beautiful. We’ll be returning and suggesting it to any friends or family looking for a beautiful retreat in the south of france.

Ideal base for going out by motorbike, bicycle or walking. There are many walks from the door. When you think of the Ardèche, you think of it’s rivers. Whether you want to enjoy a picnic along the waterfront or take an adventurous trip by canoe or kayak; here it is possible. Discover the Chassezac, Cèze or Ardèche! If you like markets, this is the place. Every day there is a market nearby, varying from cozy to Provençal: imagine yourself in food dreamland where the olives, garlic, herbs, charcuterie, vegetables and cheeses are piled up.
The Ardèche is also known for the many caves that you can visit. Marvel at the oldest cave paintings in the world at the Grotte Chauvet (25 min) or a little closer at the Grotte de la Cocalière (5 min). And ther are so many more…..
our region is also home to fine wines; from Chardonnay and Viognier to Grenache, Merlot and Syrah and the uncommon Chatus. We will be happy to give you some adresses of some good wineries.
We are not far from of some very interesting places to visit such as the pont du Gard; the tallest of all Roman aqueduct bridges and also one of the best preserved. And we haven’t mentioned the Duchy of Uzès…..
In our region you will fined many villages that are labeled ‘plus beau village’ or ‘village the caractère’, like Barjac, Balazuc, Voguë, Montclus, Naves, Labeaume and la Roque sûr Cèze… all worth a visit.
