Come stay at this newly constructed Villa within walking distance to the University of Notre Dame! Fully furnished, this villa features: an open floor plan with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, office/den, and a fully finished basement with a large wet bar! The spacious 2 car attached garage is equip with 2 wall mounted TV's to keep your tailgate going strong! Close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and Downtown South Bend!

JP’s place is superb. This is my 2nd time in six months choosing this location to host my out of town family. Both times the unit was clean, check in was a breeze and JP was responsive. I definitely recommend this for those traveling with large groups that require common area spaces as well as privacy!

JP’s place was wonderful. He was very responsive and the home was as pictured with lots of space for groups or families traveling together. There is also a lot of space to be together and retreat and be alone still under the same roof!

This was a perfect house for our group for a football weekend. We were able to walk to campus. JP answered all of my questions quickly and was very helpful. House is beautiful and very clean! We would definitely stay here again.
