L’hospitalité de Paco est impeccable, il nous avait mis de la bière et des boissons gazeuses au frigo ainsi que de l’eau , le condo est vraiment très bien . Malheureusement il n’y a aucune place pour prendre du soleil car beaucoup trop d’arbre . la terrasse du club house pour y accéder on doit réserver et laisser un depot de $150 pourtant il n’y a que des chaises longues et 5 jacuzzi . Si vous voulez la tranquillité c’est endroit est vraiment parfaite
We spent three lovely and relaxing weeks at Pacos lovely Villa, and had a really wonderful time. The apartment is stylish, the beds really comfortable, kitchen was really well equipped, as we cooked all our meals at home, the Villa is also light-filled, airy and spacious. The pool is fantastic, large, clean and refreshingly cold, the gym airy, modern and well equipped, we used both every day. Paco was always available in the event where we had questions, and responded really promptly to our text exchanges. The whole Mayakoba complex is really nice, safe, the employees friendly and helpful. We would have absolutely no problems at all in recommending this fantastic Villa, we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again.
Wow… what a fan-tas-tic villa. We booked a very last minute stay at Paco’s villa for a week. Paco is a great host, super fast in communicating. The villa was ready and clean on the same day we’ve booked. That was great! My husband worked from home, (good wifi) I enjoyed time with my sun at the pools, kayakking through the laguna and rooftop jacuzzi. The villa is fully equiped, nicely decorated, high-tec and modern. Highly recommend this place to discover the Riviera Maya in a luxurious way. Playa del Carmen, many restaurants, supermarkets, Cancun, cenotes, Tulum all just a short drive away. Renting a car is a must. We love to come back one day. Thanks again Paco!
We stayed 8 nights at Pacos Villa in Lagunas de Mayakoba and had a perfect time. Communication with Paco was always perfect. Everything is even better than the photos in the description and spotless clean. On arrival the fridge was fully packed with soft drinks, beers, 2 kinds of water. The interior is very high level (e.g. Sealy beds, GE fridge, high end towels, ....). Very seldom to find this kind at AirBnB. All in all a wonderful place and a true hospitality minded kind and smart host. We for sure will stay there again if in PDC.

Villa Chulada is about 48 km from the Cancun International Airport and is located in the safe gated community of Ciudad Mayakoba in the subdivision called Lagunas de Mayakoba, a beautiful brand new development immersed in the jungle of Playa del carmen. Excellent place to be with the family or work from you second home!
The Villa is an easy 48-minute drive from Cancun’s International Airport to Ciudad Mayakoba.
RENTING A CAR? There are many choices for car rentals and there is free parking at Lagunas de Mayakoba
Don’t feel like driving? Taxis are plentiful on the streets in town. And there are also 2 ADO Bus stations to get you to nearby Yucatan destinations or other Mexican states.

In the event you're driving around town, please note there are PARKING METERS IN PLAYA DEL CARMEN!
The meters are in operation from Juárez Avenue to CTM Avenue and all downtown Playa del carmen. There is one digital park meter per street, so you have to look for it.
Parking meter hours of operation are Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 22:00 | 10 am to 10 pm (except for official holidays). The cost is 10 Mexican pesos per hour = 50 cents Us per hour, maximum 6 hours. It only takes Mexican coins!
Instructions are in English, Spanish and French. Tickets are printed out and you set them on the inside windshield of your car. Place receipt face up on the vehicle dashboard. Failure to properly display will result in the vehicle being immobilized.
Motorcyclists and vehicles displaying a disability plate are exempt from payment.
PARKING LOTS AND GARAGES IN DOWNTOWN ARE ALSO AVAILABLE:
There are also four main parking lot/garages.
Location:
- Under Quinta Alegría Mall. The entrance is on Constituyentes Avenue between 10th Avenue and 5th Avenue.
- Tendenza Parking is on 10th Avenue between 14th Street and 14 Bis Street
- Plaza Pelícanos - 10th Avenue between 8th and 10th Street
- 34th Street and 10th Avenue. 24hr car park (not underground)
All parking is reasonably priced. Prices are about 10-20 Mexican pesos an hour and about 200 pesos for 24-hour parking.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Although the Ciudad Mayakoba area is a beautiful place to stay, it must be mentioned that it is a bit far from the famous Fifth Avenue tourist zone, as Ciudad Mayakoba sits off the main highway. You’ll need a car to move around freely or find a means of public transportation. Also, there is no nearby beach access in this area. You would need to drive or take a taxi to the beach. The nearest Beach is club MVNGATA
I suggest you rent a car before your arrival, so it will be cheaper and you will not have to deal with people who offer rental cars at the airport. All these companies that I mention next are at the Cancun airport and you can easily find them online, Avis, Buget, Europcar, Nacionalcar, Alamo, Hertz.
I am going to recommend that you pay the total rent of your car from where you make your purchase. If you only book there is big possibility at the time of your arrival, they will not make your reservation valid and you will have to pay a different price than the one you had reserved.
The Villa is about 5 minutes walking from the main road, if you do not rent a car you will have to walk to the road every time to request a taxi or the local bus, which I sincerely do not recommend.
