It was so beautiful in the Pines during Christmas with our family. This is a beautiful cabin, well decorated, and everything is provided! Francisco was very responsive and accessible throughout our stay. We did have a couple of “road bumps” that were easily taken care of. The fireplace has an insert that we couldn’t figure out. One call to Francisco, problem solved! The stairs are icy and slippery when there is snow. Common sense. Don’t come if you can’t traverse the stairs. We did okay, but needed to make more trips than we expected so that we could hold onto the railing. The stairs are very sturdy. The railings are easy to hold onto. A big bonus was being able to take our dogs.

Francisco is the perfect host he made his self available anytime of the day. He has such a cozy place, it makes you feel like you’re away from it all and can finally relax. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a peace of mind and looking for the perfect getaway spot, this is it.
