Holiday apartment elegantly furnished with 1 bedroom just on the side of the old historic wall of Girona. Make yourself at home. Lovely and elegantly decorated apartment just outside of the Bari Vell, the old historic center of the Girona. Located in a quiet street, a few minutes’ walk from the old city wall. The one-bedroom apartment has everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen, which you can hide away, spacious and light bedroom with plenty of closet space and a modern bathroom. The apartment is part of a bigger house, but you have your own entry. There is a small hallway which leads to the living room. In the living room there is a dining table for 4 and an open kitchen that you can completely hide away in a well-designed wooden closet. There is air-conditioning, heating and wifi. The bedroom has a double bed, is light and there is a large closet. The bathroom is modern and has a shower, single sink and toilet. The garden you see in some of the photos is from the people who live in the house. If they are not there you can go there and enjoy the garden. This is something we want to be honest about. We can´t guarantee that you can use the garden.

This was a wonderful apartment to stay in. It is in a fantastic location just outside the wall of the old city, a short walk to any of the coffee shops and restaurants there, plus it is on a very quiet and quaint street. It is also a very practical and pleasant apartment. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
This apartment was an excellent central base for a week of cycling in Girona. The washing machine was very handy for washing our kits. The landlords were very discreet. There is a small kitchen area that was sufficient for preparing breakfast in the mornings but a bit limited for cooking anything above that.
I enjoyed my stay here! Very clean, and the Bravissimo team was super accommodating. I was able to check-in an hour and a half early which was helpful since I was carrying multiple suitcases.

The apartment is in a quiet street just outside the Bari Vell, the old historic center of Girona. The Muralla de Girona, the city wall which surrounds the Barri vell is just a couple of hundred meters away. When you cross the river you get to Mercat del Lleo, a covered market and a large supermarket. You are also close to Placa de Catalunya, a great startining point to explore the city.
Girona has its own airport only 20 minutes away by taxi or you can catch a bus and that will cost you about 30 minutes. Buses stop at the train station, which is a 15-20-minute walk from the apartment. The train station has a high-speed connection with Barcelona. In about 35 minutes you are in the heart of that other great city of Catalonia. With the 'normal' train you can also go to Figueres to visit the famous and beautiful Dali museum. If you come by car, you must consider the parking possibilities. The historic district (where the apartment is located) has limited parking facilities. You can always stop a few minutes near the apartment so that you can unload the luggage. But then you must park your car somewhere else. There are various parking options and places. There is a paid parking garage available which we highly recommend: Parking Saba Santa Caterina. It is a nice walk of only about 5 minutes. They offer a multi-day ticket that is convenient and affordable. If you are interested, we can arrange it for you. There is free parking in the area of the apartment but not in the same street. For instance, the parking of Carrer Vista Alegre.
