We rented Jan’s place for a Christmas family reunion, and must say she’s taking the AirBnb experience to a new level. We’ve stayed at many great places around the world but had never met such a generous and discrete hospitality. Thank you Jan, we’ll be back for sure !

What a great house and what a fantastic host Jan is. We were made to feel so special from the moment we showed up to the moment we left. Everything in the house was 100% spot on, from the kitchen with enough pots and pans for 2 or 3 kitchens, all practically brand new, to the log store with enough wood to see you through 2 or 3 winters, to the bedding and linen set out as if one is entering a high-end hotel. The welcome package was amazing, too - even the welcome package for the dogs was amazing! The setting is stunning, with extensive grounds for walking the dogs, views of the estuary and a gate on to the golf course at the back, if that's your thing. Best of all, though, is Jan (and her husband, Victor), who couldn't do enough for us. Jan went above and beyond what we would expect of a host, on several occasions. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Coach House to anyone who was thinking of going to the Gower. There is a very good reason Jan gets so many 5-star reviews.

We cannot recommend The Coach House highly enough. Better equipped kitchen than my own at home , the location is stunning and Jan cannot do enough for you! A wonderful host who made us feel completely at home! Don’t hesitate in booking!

I have stayed at numerous Air BnB properties, and I can honestly say that Jan is a one-in-a-million host. Not only is her property amazing - fabulous size, located in one of the most beautiful parts of the UK - but she has paid attention to every detail to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Jan doesn't just provide the bare minimum - she goes above and beyond to provide the type of standard that she would want in her own home. And I noticed all of these details.... like tissue boxes an bins in every room (how annoying is it when you stay somewhere and there are no bins other than in the kitchen and bathroom?). The towels are proper bath sheets like you would have in your own home, not the tiny ones usually provided in holiday homes that barely cover your torso. The kitchen is equipped with great quality items and there is nothing that you might need that hasn't been provided. Again, no peeling frying pans or cheap crockery here :-). The beds are lovely and comfortable and Jan is always on hand to help out or answer any questions - unlike many hosts who leave a key in a key safe, never to be seen! All in all, a superior experience that I would definitely recommend! Thanks Jan and Vic and team.

I cannot overstate how welcoming and warm Jan our lovely host was and how considerate she was in hosting our family in this wonderful get away spot. It really made the holiday for us. The place is spectacular with beautiful views and elegant rooms with attention paid to every detail. Everything was of top quality and immaculate. Think marble countertops and solid wood furniture with space to spare, fast wifi and elegant surroundings. The kitchen was carefully thought through with everything you could need to fully self-cater should you wish to. The bedrooms are spacious and soooo comfortable. The views across the pretty gardens and landscape beyond are enhanced by the wonderful peace and quiet of this calm location. Perfect for exploring the stunning beaches of the Gower peninsular. We had a lovely week here and can only highly recommend this spot to anyone wanting to explore the area. We owe a huge thanks to Jan who was so attentive and kind throughout our stay.
