Double booked us. Turned up to room and there were people there. Room code is the same for old and new guests, not changed - VERY dangerous situation to be in with little kids at sleep time and no where to sleep after a 5 hour drive and being in an apartment with strangers. Get real Mate. Give a refund or you will be giving an answer to A current affair , social media, the news paper and anyone else that wants to know about a dodgy air bnb host who doesn’t pick up his phone, leaves a family stranded with a double booked apartment and stay in accomodation that anyone can enter at any time. Have NEVER had a service so dangerous, and appalling.

Born in NZ to a long line of Danish Vikings, I moved to Australia when I was 17 and then to London when I was 20. Ever since then I've been addicted to travelling and been bouncing around the world every since, I've backpacked through over 110 countries and continue to have a passion for travel and adventure. Managing my properties on Airbnb is a full time job so I'm always available to respond to any enquires or help out in any way I can.
