Great place especially if your curious of building a container home

Nice place but not for us. We arrived after a 7 hour drive from out of state and immediately left knowing it was advertised that there was no refunds. Owner offered refund but 10 days later no sign of it. For some this would suit their needs, but for us the lack of privacy, the cluttered parking, the volume of people on property, the undisclosed extremely close proximity of occupied home adjacent to container home, the broken beer bottle in the freezer and the smell of sewer pipes outside the front door was enough for us to not wanna stay. Got a hotel room elsewhere after looking the place over. Very cool container home and nice layout inside. Just everything else that went along with it was not to our taste. This maybe no problem for others just was not for us.
