Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Hafens und hat eine tolle Lage. Die Zimmer waren hell und sauber. Cafés, Restaurants und auch der Strand ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war auch super. Auf Fragen wurde schnell geantwortet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen!

È stato bellissimo soggiornare in questo splendido appartamento vista mare all’Isola d’Elba..Aveva tutti i comfort che volevamo , è stato come essere a casa!

This property was in a good location and we enjoyed the free parking. It would have been nice to have wifi and also an iron.

The location was great as it overlooked the port, so we had a beautiful view of the water and coastline. The room was very clean and spacious. The owner was very responsive and helpful. One thing to note is the island does trash daily, with different items (plastic, food waste, etc) being picked up on different days. They provided instructions in English for us, but it was still a little confusing. The unit had bags for each specific day, and we found a small trash area in the rear parking lot to dispose of the individual bags whenever, so you do not have to strictly follow the daily schedule. Additionally, our water heater was not working but once I reached out to the owner, they had it replaced the next day. The room could use a little more decor as it was pretty bare, but overall very nice unit. Lastly, they only provide 1 roll of toilet paper. I asked for a second roll and they said they could not provide it due to supply, so we had to go buy our own. Overall, I would recommend it!

Appartamento fronte mare al terzo piano, spazioso sia nella zona giorno che nella zona notte oltre a grande terrazzo panoramico. dotato di tutto.... lavastoviglie e lavatrice comprese..... unica cosa che manca, e che suggerisco di mettere, è una "mensola" per appoggiare saponi/bagnoschiuma all'interno della doccia.
