The apartment is part of a newly built beautiful Villa Sunset Sea with a big pool behind. It is located right in the front row of the sea and the balcony is offering a beautiful sea view with a magical sunset. The villa is located in the small fishing village of Njivice. It is ideal for a family seeking a pleasant holiday. The well-designed interiors with comfortable furniture and bright colors create a wonderful ambiance. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and 2 bathrooms connected to the rooms. There is a big terrace with wonderful sunset views over the sea. Appartment is for 4 people, but we can add 2 more beds on the sofa, so 4 + 2. Let us know, if you would like to add the beds.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Leider leitete unser Navi uns nicht direkt zum Haus, da man ein Stück auf der Promenade fahren muss. Hier wären einige Infos mit einer Beschreibung vorab hilfreich gewesen. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, modern, sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Der Meerblick von fast allen Zimmern ist sensationell. Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand, zwischen zwei gemütlichen Beachbars und hat zusätzlich einen sehr gepflegten Pool hinter dem Haus. Der Hafen mit den Restaurants ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Managerin Marina war immer erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und hatte sehr gute Empfehlungen für Restaurants. Zu recht ein Superhost! Wir haben auf jeden Fall vor, wiederzukommen.

Everthing was perfect. Host was really good, and location couldn’t get better
Beautiful location right next to the beach. Marina, the on-site manager, is lovely and helpful. Quite a few stairs up so pack light! Clean, modern apartment with nice touches like toaster and Nespresso. However, a few issues that prevented us from giving 5 stars. The cafe bar directly across the street played extremely loud music until 1am every night we were there. We aren’t light sleepers and we could not sleep until the bar closed. The hot water while using rain shower lasts ~ 5 mins, so we had to use handshower only if having a longer shower, or turn off water. We found it a bit tricky to find the parking, you have to drive on the pedestrian only sidewalk. Check in instructions within the app would have been helpful as a lot of travelers (like us) do not have a phone plan to call the on-site manager, and there is a delay in response when messaging in the app. Overall though - a beautiful spot, with amazing views!
