Muy buena atención, la señora encargada de la limpiza muy amable, sin duda lo mejor del lugar es la ubicación! Todo está a 5 minutos caminando, rooftops , restaurantes, Catedral, bares, callejón del beso, etc.

There were many good things about this Airbnb. The location was very good in a vibrant part of the beautiful city of Guanajuato and our rooms were good. Would recommend this spot were it not for a problem with the transportation we arranged from the Leon airport to the Airbnb. We arranged in advance to have our group of 10 be picked up at the airport for the price of $2,900 pesos. Our flight was delayed and we sent a message to the driver they had arranged for us. When we got to Leon, the driver had already left. The Airbnb folks said we hadn't sent the notice of the flight delay quickly enough, though we had sent it as soon as we found out about the delay. They offered to have the driver come back if we paid an additional $2,000 pesos. We went to the airport counter and hired a driver and a big van for $750 pesos, a fraction of the the price offered by the Airb. We were not reimbursed the $2,900 pesos, however, and got a good dose of attitude from one of the Airbnb employees.

Amazing location right in the middle of all of the action. The apartments were very clean and offered plenty of space for our large group. Jorge promptly answered all of my numerous questions.

This was great for our large group. We had kids from 3 years old to a Grandmother of 77 years old. We enjoyed the privacy of having 8 different room and each with its own restroom.
