Had a fabulous weekend stay during their annual Bluegrass Festival weekend. The unit was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, living room furniture very comfortable too. Right across from Arkansas river for east access fishing. Easy walk to downtown with great restaurants and riverfront establishments. Great vibe in the town too! Standout was the kitchen. I’ve stayed in many where the pots and pans and utensils are just awful but everthing here was perfect!

We had a good stay. I would recommend bringing your own coffee because they only provide enough for 2 people for 1 morning. The backyard patio was very tiny we were hoping to have a meal outside but it was too tight. The location was nice.. right by the river. I don’t know if it was worth the high price point but it was still a good stay.

Wonderful condo in a great location in Salida. Right next to the river walking path and only a few blocks to downtown. Very walkable area. The condo was exceptionally clean and the kitchen well stocked with all the cookware one could need. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will plan to be back. Management was very responsive although we had no issues during our stay.

This location is great because you can walk in to town and enjoy the best Salida has to offer but you're staying just outside all the business and the noise.
