1st of all- no transparency. no mention about water cost and tourist taxes on airbnb. they will sent a paper after you pay on airbn with deposit. 1 euro/night for tourist 4 euro/night for water. You need to pay this deposit before to start. At the end they calculate me the price for gas 1.5 euro/liter and 0.73/kwh for electricity and in the confirmation paper they put 0.9 euro/liter for gas and 0.37 kwh for electricity

Das Haus wirkt so, als ob es gerade erst verlassen worden ist. Sehr authentisch und almosphärisch, wunderbare Lage, auch für Ausflüge. Die Einrichtung ist recht altmodisch, ein wenig arg nebeneinandergestellt. In den zwei "Wohnzimmern" stehen, glaube ich, sieben oder acht Sessel herum. Töpfe im Übermaß, aber vieles recht alt, Geschirr auch, das mussten wir zunächst mal spülen (was aber auch von vorherigen Gästen so zurück gelassen worden sein kann). Wir haben letztendlich nur die Küche und den Schlafraum genutzt, das war für uns ausreichend. Also, nichts chickes, nicht zu viel Komfort erwarten, dafür ein echt authentisches Wohnhaus, sehr sehr schön. Würde jederzeit wieder hin fahren. Die Dame gegenüber, die den check-in macht war super, freundlich und fürsorglich. Einzig die Angaben im Vertrag "Bettwäsche selbst bringen" war für uns ein Problem. In der Annonce stand "vorhanden". auch das haben wir gelöst... Ein gelungener Urlaub.

Fantastic old house in beautiful surroundings. There is a garden behind the house, nothing fancy but a nice place for a bbq. The host is very friendly and lives across the street. Note that you have to pay a deposit beforehand (we got it back at our departure) and costs for water/electricity are not included. Bring your own bed/bath-linnen. I loved the old grand vibe of the house. We had a great stay.

Lieve mensen, leuk huis en veel ruimte. Bedden zijn slecht. Hygiëne ook. We hebben zelf eerst veel schoongemaakt voordat we het in gebruik namen. Bij vertrek blijken de kosten voor gas en stroom enorm te zijn.

Very big apartment in the Ardennes. It's a bit old, but enough space. Ideal for a weekend cycling, also because there's a place to put the bikes. Only the beds and pillows were very old and not so comfortable, but overall a very nice place to stay!
