This was our 3rd time back to AMI. It was an awesome weather week and we love this house location so much. Lots of memories made on the island! Can’t wait to come back!

Great Location. Please upgrade to a Keurig. Getting the right coffee/water ratio right was a real pain and it changed every day. Tried following directions on coffee bag and it never came out right. The pictures show the home in a different color with bushes. The floor plan is an odd layout which the pictures don't fully represent. There was no real outdoor space to sit and relax with privacy. The air conditioning is much to be desired. It would be chilly in the dining area and burning up in the bedroom. They tell you not to go below 75 degrees. It was really uncomfortable. The remote to work the TV in the bedroom was in the living room. To be able to even get the tv in the bedroom to work we had to log into our own YouTube TV/Netflix. It was really frustrating. The toilet paper we received was so subpar that we had to buy our own. While we love AMI, the prices that rentals are wanting don't match the modern needs and expectations.

This is a great location and a good unit if you plan to be on the go a lot. But there were some fit and finish problems. - the kitchen table wobbles, - the windows in one of the bedrooms do not open, - the lock is a challenge to figure out the first time, and - the kitchen drawers are supposed to the “soft close” variety. Here, they just don’t close all of the way. On the positive side, the location is amazing, and the Duncan team was great to work with through the reservation process.
