The appartment is in the basement so there’s a lot of noise from room above and a musty smell, although on the side of hill there is no view from the basement

Really enjoyed our stay here. Just a 15 minute walk into town (but is uphill on the way back). There is no designated parking and on our first night the neighbour decided to do their washing at 23:30 at night which is right behind the internal bedroom door so it woke us and kept us awake until it was finished. Other than that, it’s a good and quiet place to stay in Queenstown. Note that you have to leave the keys in the drop box throughout your stay (when leaving the property to go out).

The apartment is spacious and centrally located, just 15 minutes from the busy city. It is also very private and calm, except for the neighbours’ noises. However, the place was a little hard to find and smelled kind of bad when we entered, which was not a good start. The WiFi is unstable with dead spots. The host required us to always keep the key in the key locker when we were out, which did not feel secure with our belongings inside.
