My stay was overall great! Dava had everything labeled well and the house was very clean on arrival. I would stay again! The reason I gave this 4 stars was 1) there are no TVs in the bedrooms & the TV in the living room was very slow & hard to work. 2) the host didn’t check up on the property very much. There was a large wind storm that happened the 2nd week I arrived which resulted in a large tree branch down in the yard and both of the trash cans being blown down the street. I retrieved the trash cans but the branch was never removed. 3) there was no warning when the cleaning service was going to arrive 4) the ice maker had not been cleaned in awhile leading to murky ice cubes that could not be used 5) my room was SO hot. All the heat in the house pumped into my room and I had to leave my windows open at all times

If you’re looking for a great spot in Wichita, Farmview is the place to be at! Dava welcomed us in and went above and beyond in providing a comforting space. Our rooms were very comfortable and everything went well all summer! It was nice to meet the others in the house and really become friends with them too. The house is in one of the best spots to be, and we loved that we were close to everything we needed. There is no better place to stay in Wichita!

I cannot recommend Dava’s rentals enough!! ~5 minutes to several grocery stores and <10 minutes to many restaurants. Quiet, clean, and well thought out amenities for those staying long term! Dava was quick to respond to my messages and check in was a breeze :)
