Martin war sehr hilfsbereit, er hat einem sofort geholfen wenn man etwas brauchte. Man hat sich super wohl gefühlt!

Wir haben zu 6. (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kindern (3 Jahre und 6 Monate)) ein langes Wochenende in Hannover verbracht, u.A. um den tollen Zoo zu besuchen. Martin war sowohl im Vorwege, als auch vor Ort verfügbar und super engagiert uns den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. (Hat z.B. einen Babystuhl für uns organisiert und einen späteren Check-Out ermöglicht) Die Wohnung war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse: super ausgestattete Küche, 2 getrennte Bäder, sehr gemütliche Betten und ein schöner Balkon (von der zauberhaften Einrichtung ganz zu schweigen). Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, daher ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Wer Öffis bevorzugt ist zwar gut angebunden, braucht aber deutlich länger an‘s Ziel (z.B. dem Zoo). Rewe, Aldi & co sind um die Ecke - perfekt für Koch- oder Grillabende zu Haus. Wir waren allesamt super happy und würden jederzeit gern wieder kommen.

O apartamento de Martin é ótimo e ele próprio foi um excelente anfitrião. Tudo limpo e confortável. Foi ótimo. Nosso único problema foi com a escada, porque e tínhamos bagagens pesadas e minha mãe, de 90 anos, precisou se esforçar bastante.

Martin was a very nice and easy-going host. Communication worked properly since the day of reservation. His place was clean and large enough for me and my people (we were five). There are four rooms in the place, and a god kitchen. A remark shall be done on heating system, though. I can't say if it is due to German energy crisis (november/2022) or not, but the heating was not working perfectly during our stay. There are two showers in the house, but only one of them was hot. Besides it, as we turned heating machines on in the evening, some of them wouldn't heat the room, even in the maximum setting. The one in my own room worked in the first day, but not in the second. I really couldn't tell the reason for this. There were enough blankets in the house and nobody got frozen for it, but I think future visitors should be aware. Everyting else was good, and I would reccomend MArtin's place for a stay in Anderten/Hannover.
