Posizione ottima! Veramente centrale e comodo per arrivare. Vicino a parcheggi a pagamento comodi. Peccato per il portone centrale e quello del corridoio che rimangono sempre aperti e non fanno dormire super tranquilli. Ma la stanza davvero pulita, in ordine e fornita di tutto l’essenziale

Gorgeous place, with beautiful view, located in the heart of Sanremo’s Piazza Borea D’Olmo, next to Teatro D’Ariston, the new location of Sanremo’s festivals. A lot of restaurants and close to the beach, at a walkable distance. This is a “must book” place, as it is so cosy and cost effective for the wonders that Sanremo offers. We will definitely come back, especially because it allowed us to bring our baby cavapoo, Molly, with us. Thank you Riccardo for everything snd we’ll see you soon.

Overall, the place is like a standard hotel room, nothing bad. It was clean and the location could hardly be better. However, we had booked this place weeks in advance and received less than 24h before check-in an email asking for extra money (which is not mentioned on Airbnb's listing). If you decline to pay, you simply cannot check in, and 24h before, it's a bit late to change your plans... On top of that, we were asked to fill out an online form with much of our personal data (selfie holding passport, ...) on a website that didn't show any "Terms and Conditions" section. We didn't feel comfortable doing so and would have preferred to be aware of this before being forced to do it, again, a few hours before check-in time.
