The location was great, convenient, and private. House was very large and hosted our group well. Unfortunately the house was dirty, from the sticky floors, bed sheets not being washed, mattresses being disgusting, bathrooms smelling like urine, ceiling fans caked in dust, trash left from previous guests, signs of rodents (mouse droppings) that were active, dirty dishes, needing to buy dish soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc. There was no gym as listed in amenities and pictures of interior before they painted. Some furniture in pictures on lisiting was missing. House seemed not as cohesive as listing portrayed. Otherwise house is a great location and has great potential. Was just sad the condition the place was left in.

The house was ideal for our large family get together; decorated for Christmas was a plus; plenty of room for everybody, spacious kitchen and plenty of bathrooms, cozy and warm upstairs, no heat in basement and could use a new mattress, better linens. The place has some quirks to be aware of: open electrical sockets and wiring, screws poking through places where you could get hurt; the hot tub was broken and we were not notified, however there is a sauna and a whirlpool tub; those amenities also have quirks, so be aware. More ideal for a bunch of high school kids. the pool table and Tv room was fun, just missing pool pieces. No cable TV, but TV is via Internet and it was good Internet. Cleanliness was an issue for us because we hand a toddler and a crawler so we had to clean the floors when we arrived. We agreed it was ideal for us and it was fun going around trying to figure this house, deck, rooms and the weirdness of so much of it. Would love to know the history of this house.

Not very clean at all. Worn out sheets, Mattresses were bad. Not enough glasses, plates, silverware for the number of people it can house. Problem with fridge which was not very clean and one of the doors was broken. Maintenance man was good. Behind fridge had not been cleaned for a long time which was very noticeable when pulled out for repair. Dishwasher not properly installed. Musty smell in lower level rooms. Dish cloths were worn out. Not enough towels. Front door lock was not easy to operate. Needs to be replaced. Location was convenient. House is large but lack of quality workmanship throughout the house is very noticeable. Needs updating and general maintenance work done. Understandable the pool was closed but hot tub was broken and outside decks were not cleaned for using. For the price these areas should have been cleaned for us to use. Large table in dining room was nice but not enough chairs for 8 people. Overall, location good & large, but needs work.

Great bedrooms upstairs, plenty of bathrooms. Downstairs bedrooms share one bathroom, just need to coordinate use of that one. Living spaces were fantastic! Need to replace pool sticks as there were only a couple and they were not in great shape (we didn't play pool which would have been fun) Kitchen is fabulous! Great room also wonderful, would be good to have a chair or two in addition to the huge sectional couch. Great t.v.'s in every room! A wonderful location, not far from anywhere you need to go in BG. Overall a great experience.
