The house is a classic Ranch House, all one level. It has finished hardwood floors and was built in the fifties. It has 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom& has a cement basement with a washer & dryer for your convenience. The large yard is fenced in & has a patio that is under roof with a classic picnic table & some lawn chairs & a gas grill. I provide dog dishes & poo poo bags for pickup & disposal. Register your dog when you book. There is an additional fee for a second dog, paid upon arrival. 1 Queen bed &1single, 1 queen bed, 1 loft bed & futon. Kitchen if fully equipped right out of the 70’s & a portable dishwasher. A side by side Fridge, Electric Stove & table seats 4+ There is a spacious living room with 2 couches & 2 bamboo chairs. A 50 inch flat screen Smart Roku Tv & excellent WiFi internet & a ceiling light/fan. The password to the WIFI is at the top of the Welcome Letter on the coffee table.
