I stayed at the Beeches annexe for three nights in August 2021 whilst visiting friends in Lightwater and enjoyed my stay. I didn’t spend too long at the place only using it as a base but it was clean and the bed was comfortable which was really all I needed from the accommodation. It was private and the host, Louise, most helpful but respected my privacy. She provided me with coffee and tea and mineral water and she even gave me the option of leaving earlier than the expected stay if I was dissatisfied in anyway! The place is located nearby the M3 and, whilst convenient and easy to find, there can be a lot of traffic noise. Nevertheless, I would happily stay here again and probably will next time I visit Lightwater.

The Annexe was comfortable, spacious, clean and in convenient and easy-to-find location close to the M3. I would definitely recommend staying if you are looking for accommodation in the area.

Louise’s place is beautiful! The annex is clean and tidy and was perfect for our stay.
