Positives: The house is big and spacious and is very nicely appointed, in a good location about a 30 minute walk to the center. The staff was wonderful, very sweet, accommodating and helpful. Paula was fantastic and Luis the chef prepared delicious breakfasts. Negatives: One of the guest rooms shower was broken for 5 out of 6 days. My friends were able to take one shower in their room on the trip. The water was leaking from the shower all night and dripping and keeping them up. When the hot tub jets turned on it would blow the fuse so the hot tub was not able to be used. I believe they had someone look at it the last night we were there but we did not get to enjoy it while we were there. The Pool area needed a complete overhaul as the tiles were peeling away from the bottom and pretty rough on your feet. The internet only worked for the first and last night of the trip Overall a nice time but for the very very expensive price we should have had a working shower on arrival

Excellent house and Paula, house keeper, Luis (cheff) and Felipe were absolutely attentive, very kind and always making sure all our needs were readily available. Breakfast were delicious and very abundant. We will go back for Dia de Los muertos

The staff at the house was amazing. The house is beautiful and the sheets are very soft. The pool area and sauna are great. The breakfasts were delicious. The property manager was not great. She was a bit rude with certain things like the fact that the 4th bedroom was only accessible through another bedroom which took privacy away from two couples. There was another way into that 4th bedroom but they didn’t want to unlock the path in because it went through a room with valuables. I basically spent the whole stay negotiating with the property manager. The 4th bedroom also did not have hot water the whole time. The hot water would only run for 2 min which was not enough for the couple staying in that room to shower. Overall I wouldn’t have paid what I paid for the house given the privacy issue having to go through one room to get to the other and the hot water. We didn’t get a big discount for the inconvenience and Airbnb wasn’t able to do much for us. Great option for a 3 bed bnb.

Our family of 6- all adults- stayed in the Treehouse for a week over Christmas. The house is huge and very comfortable. Plenty of room. The staff- Luis the chef; Paola, and the others- were great and made our stay perfect. Delicious breakfasts and several great taco lunches outdoors. Just perfect. Highly recommended. Thank you!
