Regrettably, our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. We were faced with multiple issues starting with a disturbing pest problem—cockroaches infesting the building. Additionally, security was a significant concern as only one out of four provided keys worked and the main entrance could be easily pushed open. The amenities were substandard, featuring a broken shower head, a dirty coffee maker, insufficient basic supplies like paper towels, and unclean sheets. When these concerns were raised to the host, not only was there an absence of productive communication, but we were wrongly accused of dishonesty and attempting to exploit these valid issues for a refund. This deflection, instead of addressing the genuine problems, led us to book a hotel for the remainder of our stay. Potential future guests should tread carefully and consider their choices before committing to a stay at this property.

This was my father’s first experience at staying at an Airbnb. All went well better than I expected, accommodation were clean, close to train station & activities. Making contact with host worked well to arrive at the locate and gain access.
