This place is absolutely worth the money for the off season! It is in a great spot in Dunkirk and it is quiet. The only concern is the stairs for the first entrance. They are a little uneven and steep. My mother did trip on them, and my wife and I had close calls.

We just had a long weekend at Matthew’s cottage. The house itself was just as described, and as other guests mentioned, even more spacious in person. Everything was super clean & comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, seasonings, and everything you could need. The property offers breathtaking views of the Lake. It had just snowed a day or 2 before we arrived. We didn’t mind the chilly walk each day for those incredible views! This place will always be special to us, as we wound up getting engaged right in one of those scenic spots!

The cottage was cozy and just what was described and what we needed. The extra air mattresses were perfect for accommodating our children. There were games and plenty of space. Thank you for sharing your home with our family!
