The place is quiet and peaceful, even it's right next to the freeway 60, but we've never got bother by that. Bryan always response promptly, and there was one time that I contacted him at around 12 AM, he still replied and helped what we needed right away. I am so grateful for him. Great place, highly recommended.

I had a very pleasant stay here. If people are occupying the other unit of the house then there can be some noise, but for the most part this wasn't an issue for me and it was especially amazing to have the garage parking space with private entry and laundry. It was very peaceful and convenient. There is not a full kitchen but it has the basics and I also appreciated the roku TV with all the apps.

Bryan was such a great host. Whenever I needed help with something he was quick to respond and took care of things in a very professional and quick manner. Super responsive and kind!
