Nice appartement on a larger street just outside of Paris, but with metro and bus connections close by. Montrouge is a generally quiet neighbourhood with a few shopping options, restaurants, bakery, etc. right behind the appartement. The Appartement itself is spaceous and offers everything needed. The appartement is slightly dusty, so be aware if you have allergies, but it was no problem for us and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. If you are traveling with a larger group than two, the person on the couch better not be a light sleeper due to the street noises and the entry to the appartement is not barrier-free. Very friendly communication and quick answers from the host! Recommended.

Elie was a lovely host! He met us when we arrived and allowed us early checkin which was much appreciated! The space was good for four people, though I'd recommend only two or three people fit best if you're staying a few nights! The place was as described and had a nice view of a garden from the bedroom! The toilet being separate from the bath/shower was lovely in my opinion!!!!! The bathroom was lovely- you just need to be careful closing the shower door properly to not get the floor so wet! Overall I would stay here again. The location was great in terms of the metro. There is a gas station right next to the place so that was nice for little snacks and water!
