This was a beautiful find. The location overlooking the river was so peaceful and offered beuatiful views. Hans is definately a "super" host...The detailed check in directions were clearly written and the detailed notebook about the property and amenities left no questions on how to operate everything in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. We are skiers and enjoy spending a night or several in the area and this is place we would love to comeback t in the future. Thanks!

The pictures really don't do this place justice. It was so peaceful and relaxing soaking in the tub and sitting out on the balcony that we ended up spending more time at our room than we thought we would. We certainly looked forward to returning there at the end of each day exploring the surrounding area. At first we were bummed that we couldn't adjust the thermostat in our room but it turned out that it was dialed in perfectly and we were comfortable during our entire stay. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to the area.

Before you arrive, you’ll need to go into Leavenworth to the Obertal Inn and check in there. Then they will give you directions to the house. We didn’t have this information in advance which is strange —so it was a little bit hard to get in but it all worked out.
