The unit was very nice and cozy.. Roey place and Bedroom overlooked the sea.. Clean and comfortable place.. Amazing place to stay.. Roey is very responsive and reply our inquiry in short period of time.. Definitely will come back again!!!

Roey's place worth every penny. Me and my partner had an unplanned vacation to Melacca and Roey was able to accommodate my last minute request. The unit is amazing, clean and ample space to accommodate a group of 4 - 5 people. Personally I would come again just for the view.

Good stay and homey apartment with amazing seaview scenery ever. Super clean and relaxing. Location is perfect easy access to everywhere as it is located at the Heart of Malacca city. Overall was awesome and great experience. Would definitely revisit again. Highly recommended the place! Book confidently!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Though this apartment has a beautiful view of the sea and our host was helpful in getting us checked in early, I nonetheless left the stay with a few concerns. First, the advertisement said that a gym would be available to guests. This was not the case. When we went to use it, a security guard informed us it was ONLY for residents - not guests. When I brought this to our host’s attention, the host expressed surprise and said that there had never been any such issues. The host said that management would be contacted about the issue. Secondly, the advertisement said wi-fi would be available. The host messaged me around 3am the morning before our check-in to tell me the housekeeper had just found a technical issue with the wi-fi and it would not be available for at least a day. The apartment was a bit run-down with broken blinds over the tub, a broken laundry hanger, and a fan in the bedroom that made a loud clicking noise. Lastly, we saw 7 cockroaches in one night.
