I had a lovely stay at Paul's place! The flat was clean and cozy, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the surroundings were lovely, with an amazing park only 5 minutes away from the place. Paul was flexible and understanding with the check in and he was incredibly nice to me. Overall, I totally recommend staying at his place!

Lovely place with easy access to the Peak District. A few minor issues with heating and hot water but overall a great bolt-hole for a few nights with well-equipped kitchen and spacious living areas.

I had a great stay at Paul's place for a few days. The location was absolutely perfect for the places were visiting for work, and it was easy to find with good parking, lovely and quiet, private and surrounded by lots of trees and birds. Paul was very friendly, and helpful. A comfortable home-from-home, compact, with adequate space, well equipped, nicely decorated throughout, a comfortable bed. A selection of cleaning and kitchen facilities, also a stock of items in the bathroom. Very close to shops, supermarkets, coffee shops and pubs if needed. I had a great stay and will definitely stay here again when back in the area.
