Josean was the most gracious host. He made us feel so welcome in a country where we didn’t speak the language and didn’t know the culture. He made extremely helpful recommendations and everything was in meticulous order. We thought we were staying in a little known place to be affordably close to San Sebastián. But Hondarribia was one of the most amazing places we have ever been. We are definitely going back to spend more time just there. Josean’s house was absolutely amazing!!! There was a massive pool, tennis court, a game room and ton of space. It’s extremely private and comfortable but the most amazing thing was the view that we saw every single day from the deck. A few of us said that this is the nicest house we have ever been in anywhere in the world. When we go back to this part of Spain we will definitely stay here again. I cannot recommend Josean and his amazing house highly enough. If you’re considering this place just book it. You will not be disappointed

We were three families plus friends (including small children) visiting other friends in the area. We found the home just as pictured and described. A good amount of parking, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and everything worked well (W/D combo, AC's, grill. The space was perfect for entertaining, and feeding a large group. Very close to town as well as the markets in St. Jean de Luce (France). Josean was very responsive and was over at the house within minutes when we locked ourselves out. He was also very kind and offered all sorts of advice on where to eat and shop, and he offered to arrange for drivers and childcare if we needed it. Josean is a local with a lot of local knowledge! He was kind enough to leave a selection of pates, breads, and a Spanish tortilla so we wouldn't be hungry when we arrived late on our check-in date. Josean has the home stocked with tennis rackets, and games, so no need to bring any of those things. :)

Fantástica casa para un grupo grande. Muy bien equipada, con ubicación espectacular. Josean ha sido un gran anfitrión. Sin duda el sitio al que ir para disfrutar del pais vasco-francés.
