While this place is listed for a good price it is very outdated. The room was freezing cold and all that was provided was a small quilted blanket. It is also a nightmare to find parking. The driveway would sometimes be empty but we were told that we are not allowed to use the driveway. We ended up leave with a $70 parking ticket.

First thing I noticed when I walked in was the stained sheets and comforter on the bed, the rest of the place didn't feel very clean as well. They don't share the rules or instructions until the day of and I didn't get the gate code until an hour after the listed check in time. They also don't disclose that they neighbor a very active railway. We we're woken up beginning at 7:30am by blaring train horns every half an hour or so and the walls are pretty thin, you can hear the family in the main housing talking and walking around pretty easily. Overall, there was a lot wrong with the place and it didn't really look much like the pictures, the floors were creaky and uneven on top of a treacherous staircase to get inside. The location wasn't terrible but parking was a bit of a pain.

This place is great for those who are passing through quickly. I wouldn't recommend it for more than a place to sleep. I've stayed in many AirBNB's and this place was was rather disappointing. The listing sounded like it was an oasis but I found it to be more of a dingy/dirty/cramped space. We felt the need to wear socks/house shoes the entire time we were there. We had to leave the bathroom windows open the entire time because it smelled so bad. The faucets in the shower and sinks have not been cleaned and had residue all over them from the water. And lastly, the toilet had stuff in it from the last person who stayed. Very disappointing.

It was a nice, peaceful stay. Some amenities were missing (e.g. soap, not enough towels, etc.), but all other amenities were good.
