This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. The river was beautiful and so relaxing. Sitting around the fire pit, grilling steaks, playing games and enjoying time with family was awesome. We will definitely be back. Amazing host!

There was flooding occuring on the river, but Kendal was very informative and kept my guys informed on what to expect. We worked through it and were able to stay and get our job done that we were in town completing despite the circumstances. Great communication throughout. Would stay again if we are back in the area.

Fantastic place to stay and a fantastic host. Very proactive with communication before we checked in as well as with making sure everything was good when we checked in. Although we didn't need anything during our stay, I k ew that if we did, communication would have been easy. The house had everything we needed, and the fire pit and river were amazing. Even though it rained the first couple nights, we were able to enjoy a nice outside dinner on the large wooded table outside and chill by the fire pit the 3rd night. will definitely stay again if we ever come back down to Cottageville.
