Clear instructions and responsive when I was having trouble with internet. Quickly fixed problem and was able to connect. It can be a little loud at night because it’s by the rail but other than at loved the location!

Lovely and pleasant stay right in the center of town near the Duomo and many of the attractions are walkable or reachable by short metro rides. So many restaurants, bars and stores at your fingertips. The room was modern and clean with a nice chaise lounge and kitchen amenities and my bed was very comfortable. There is street noise from the street trams, but it’s expected right in the heart of the city.

Great location, easy to check in. But no reception to ask for help when there's an issue. We had problems with hot water on a freezing day. Problem was not solved.

the only drawback is being next to the street trolleys. they are loud and disruptive. But the location is excellent near the Duomo.
