We spent a wonderful month in this place and really loved it. Great location, lots of room, comfortable bed, lovely host, pretty nice kitchen and lots of room for drying clothes and for storage. Really recommended.

駅から徒歩7分と近く、周りにもたくさん食べ物屋さんがありました。場所は最高です。 アメニティにシャンプーが入ってましたが自分で用意しなければならなかったり、シーツがなかったりしましたが、とにかく場所が良かったので満足です。

Effi has very poor communication etiquette and just tries to save money on repair and maintainence while making excuses that 'if you are the guest, you must have broken it'. Highlighting some of her shenanigans: a) Address listed is off by few blocks and Effi didn think it was appropriate to tell me before I lugged my two suitcases to a wrong address b) Room was not clean when I entered. Old bedsheets were still on and their was no brooming/ cleaning done. c) Drain clogging/ Commode overflowing were my concerns for a 10 week stay and not hers d) Always making excuses about anything which leads her to spend money on cleanups and repairs. e) Shabby communication style. she took 3 days to give me wifi passwords - as according to her it was at the back of the modem (it wasn't) f) really bad command of English. while this isn't a character flaw, given the above points, this does make it very tedious to communicate with Effi

Generally it was a nice stay, the location was great. The area this apartment is located at is like the center of your country's biggest city, so don't expect it to be cheap. There are everything everywhere, pharmacies, eateries/restaurants, cafés, malls, bus stops, MRT station 7 minutes walk from the apartment. it's Full of life! Really nice place to live at. As for the apartment itself, it has almost everything, you just need to bring your shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towel, tooth brush and toothpaste. I was told there was only one female flatmate who wanted another female flatmate, only after moving in I found out there were 4 flatmates in total and one of them was a boy. So make sure to ask how many and who are your flatmates.
