There are so many places where I have stayed but Gregg's place will definitely be remembered and very likely returned to. Gregg was the absolute best. From a personal greeting making sure he was there when we arrived, to the bottle of wine he left for my husband and I to enjoy. His place was incredible. Very cozy and clean. The grounds were perfect, a very nice romantic peaceful place to enjoy. I will definitely be returning!! Thank you Gregg for the most memorable experience ever!!

Gregg was an unbelievable host - the best I've had on Airbnb by far. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of his way to accommodate a last minute change of plans on our end. The apartment is large, clean, and perfectly located in the center of Montauk. We loved our 3 days at his place and would highly recommend it! We'll certainly be back.

Gregg is a great host, very kind and responsive, he gave us tips and recommended places to eat and photography spots. We had a great time there. His place is very cool, organized and comfortable. He set a very romantic vibe for us, with candles and wine. The location is very convenient and it’s close to restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. The manor is impressive and beautiful. Check-in and check-out were flexible and easy. We will definitely stay there again!
