We had such an idyllic stay here. We wanted to be near Cleveland for the total eclipse that also coincided with my kiddo's 7th birthday and his spring break. We absolutely loved being near the falls, which was an easy and beautiful walk up to on a nicely paved path my son could take his new scooter on. He also loved visiting the chickens and the cats each night under a beautiful sunset. The loft was such a perfect set up for a kid of this age, and there were even a few toys and dress up bin up there that were an absolutely unexpected bonus and reminded me of my visits to my grandmother's house growing up. It is also both right off the freeway and an easy 30 min drive to get to downtown Cleveland (the Rock n Roll hall of fame is a must!) but also feels like you are just off in your own private wilderness. Our hosts were very kind and responsive. Thank you so much for the perfect home base for a trip of a lifetime!

Wonderful spot for a weekend away! The house was charming and spacious without a lot of clutter. Felt very relaxing inside. The loft was very cute and would have been a great place to share with our kiddos if we could have rewound 20 years. The farm itself was also charming. Sugar( the farm dog) was fun to watch, but she kept to herself. Viewing the chickens from the window was entertaining. You could choose to be as close or far away from all the animals as you wanted. The house is located in a great spot for many adventures, waterfalls, and hikes! Highly recommended! To top it all off, Joseph was a wonderful host with great recommendations for places to eat and left maps for local places to explore.

We had a wonderful, relaxing time - exactly what was promised! It was out in the quiet country but an easy trip into Cleveland for a show. We couldn’t be happier and would definitely stay again.

Joseph was very helpful and very responsive. His place was beautifully decorated. Newer kitchen appliances, a Keurig was a big PLUS! The home was spacious, with an open room area with lots of windows and very comfortable! His home is close by CVNP which was a big PLUS for us. We will definitely consider a return visit.
