There is so much I want to write about this accommodation. I've been using airbnb for years, unfortunately it was the worst experience I've ever had. First of all, I think you should never rent a place from a host like belvilla with dozens of listings. they are a home rental company and they share their ads on Airbnb. you can only get a response with a generic message. when we went to the house, they demanded a cleaning fee and a deposit, which they did not specify before or while renting the apartment. When I contact with Airbnb support center they said “some of the hosts have a right to demand extra charges in case they specified on house rules” and I said it wasn’t specified several times but no one helped even a little. It also says there is a washing machine, but the washing machine does not work properly. the bathroom in the house was clean but the plates and forks etc in the kitchen were dirty. no wine glasses, coffee machine was moldy. And almost NO WIFI I don’t recommend
