No lo recomiendo. Es una empresa y no un particular. Muy poca profesionalidad, se comunican contigo con mensajes que parecen automáticos. No te contestan a lo que estás preguntando. Me cancelaron la reserva porque habían cometido un error y no tenían casa para mí (lo cuál entiendo que es un error y le puede pasar a cualquiera), pero desde el día anterior no me contestaban a lo que preguntaba y el día que tenía que hacer el check in tuve que contactar con el equipo de airbnb y media hora antes del check in consiguieron contactar con ellos para decir que cancelaban mi reserva. Esto supuso el estrés de buscar otra casa a toda prisa, en medio de las vacaciones, obviamente mucho más cara, ya que no quedaban casas baratas para ese mismo día.

La struttura si affida ad un tour operator (Belvilla) e non gestisce direttamente le prenotazioni della piattaforma. In seguito alla prenotazione e al pagamento indicato nella descrizione dell'alloggio, sono stata contattata con un messaggio automatico dall'host Giorgina, che mi riferisce che mi sarebbe arrivato per mail un voucher con le indicazioni per raggiungere l'appartamento. Non ricevendolo mai, il giorno prima della partenza, ne sollecito l'inoltro, ma mi viene in realtà inviato un pdf con segnalati ben 92€ di costi aggiuntivi (non specificati in nessuna parte della descrizione), su una prenotazione fatta di 162€. Da questo momento il delirio. Impossibile parlare con una persona fisica, mi ritrovo a perdere ben 3 ore di tempo con il responsabile della struttura in loco (gentilissimo, non certo lui il problema), per risolvere questo illecito commesso da Belvilla. Consigliata la struttura, ma attenti alle truffe del tour operator.

La casa tiene varias habitaciones y en cada una se aloja un huesped/es. La sensación es como la de un Hotel pero sin ningún tipo de preocupación por los detalles minimos en la cocina para poder tener un servicio comodo. Ademas, no hay ningún tipo de supermercado cerca ni pueblo sin que tengas que depender de un vehículo. Otra cosa es que en el anuncio incluia Lavadora y no habia, ademas de que para cualquier gestión necesitas hablar con el propietario y que no tiene el chat de AirBnb y no estaba disponible salvo en la recepción. Aparte de todo esto, te cobran por todo, calefacción por dia y un coste de limpieza que no figura en el anuncio y que pagas aparte en efectivo.

Giorgina - Belvilla's place is located in the scenic Tuscany hill side. The rooms are clean but a bit dingy. The building is old and the walls have multiple cracks and peeling paints. For a six days stay there was no change of towels or toiletries. There was no staff to ask at any time of day or night(except for an emergency number) There is no shop nearly and the nearest market (in Pievescola) is 2.5 Kms away(with only one shop with specific timings) The very basic amenities of tea/coffee/sugar/salt sachets were not provided and so on the first day there was absolutely nothing available to have a cup of coffee in-house or outside. Check-in time is 1600 hours and soon thereafter it gets dark. There is no busses/ taxis etc in this area and the roads do not have footpaths. Unless you are mobile, it is almost impossible to get anything here. For this very reason this place is not conducive for trekking. It is good only as transit accommodation while travelling by car. Not advisable for long stay unless in a big group. The wifi is very weak. Furthermore, did not get a response to my mail regarding our difficulties faced on our first day. Plans to stay at this accommodation should be with a car loaded with full provision of food, toiletries and towels.

Die Wohnung die wir bekommen haben, entsprach leider nicht den Bildern. Hier wurde uns eine andere Wohnung im Haus, die sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist zugewiesen. Der Host hat leider immer nur auf eine Telefonnummer vom Personal verwiesen, das wir nicht oft gesehen haben. Die Waschmaschine vor Ort wahr auch nicht frei zugänglich und man musste einen Termin mit dem Personal vor Ort machen. Das hat leider wenig mit Urlaub zu tun. Was bei Airbnb auch nicht stand, sind die 45€ Endreinigung. Das Stand erst nach erfolgter Buchung im Voucher der einem mit Zusatzleistungen zugeschickt wurde… Das einzig positive war die Lage, man ist relativ mittig von vielen schönen Städten und es war trotz des alters und Rissen in den Wänden und Decken sauber. Nochmal würden wir hier oder bei dem „Anbieter“ nicht buchen
