Alloggio come descritto, pulito e fornito di tutto. Boussad sempre disponibile a qualsiasi domanda e persona veramente gentile come se ne trovano poche. Ho avuto un problema e mi sono dovuto fermare un giorno in più e non ha avuto nessun problema ad accontentarmi.

On était très content d’avoir échangé avec Boussad, il est très gentil, réactif et serviable et n’a pas hésiter d’aller acheter un fer à repasser quand ma sœur lui avait demandé s’il en avait un à la maison

My husband and I stayed at Boussad’s place for 3 months. Check is was a breeze as we met Boussad at the apartment as scheduled. The place is exactly as described and as it is in the pictures. It’s a very cozy place and perfect location for my work. The bus stop is nearby which connects to the city centre as well as nearby districts (Asse, Aalst). The apartment is clean and fully equipped for day to day living. Just bring yourself and your luggage. Although there’s no washing machine/dryer in the apartment, it was not an issue for us as there’s a laundry just a few steps away. There’s also a grocery store around the corner and Basilix mall nearby (walking distance). We’re very happy with this place. Boussad was very friendly, responsive and attentive. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future

Appartement conforme aux photos et à la description. Assez grand pour une famille 2+2. Bien situé dans Bruxelles. Hôte très convivial, attentionné et réactif. Tout le nécessaire pour un séjour était présent. Bon rapport qualité prix. Seul bémol, la baignoire mérite d'être remplacé ( l'hôte a dit que les travaux étaient déjà planifiés).

Je recommande vivement cet appartement. Il est exactement comme indiqué dans les photos Propres, bien équipé, L’hôte est très réactif, à l’écoute, très serviable Excellent expérience .
