Welcome to the freshly renovated BeetleBark Bungalow, located INSIDE Yosemite! Cozy, lovable, and charming, this little STUDIO bungalow (420 sq ft.) will give you a fun and fantastic little place to rest your body and soul as you explore Yosemite National Park. Some features of this snug little cabin include: • Fully and freshly remodeled in late 2020 • Hot tub is professionally serviced (which is rare in our area) and available year round • Wifi • BBQ Grill • EV Charger • Fully stocked and functional kitchen • Trail that leads straight down to the creek • 50 inch Smart TV so you can login to your own Netflix, Hulu, etc. • Great little back deck with firepit table • Outdoor firepit (NOT usable in summer months or during periods of high fire risk, no exceptions) • Washer and dryer The ceiling consists of beautiful, completely repurposed blue/grey wood. The wood came from a tree that had been destroyed by bark beetles. The bedding includes 2 new pullout queen sofas, both with 6 inch thick memory foam mattresses. This home is all one level home. Sleeps 4 Welcome Guide- One week prior to arrival, a digital welcome book will be sent via email and text message (no email on Airbnb). It will have your special door code, address, items provided, and much more great info to help you prepare for your trip! Kitchen- The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cookware, cups, silverware, and more! Our housekeeping team leaves out salt, pepper, and a can of cooking spray. Friends, family, and other guests sometimes leave spices, aluminum foil or ziploc bags at the home. You are most welcome to use any of these items, but if something is particularly crucial to the success of your meals, we do recommend bringing it along with you. Linens- Our vacation homes are some of the few in the Yosemite area to use professionally laundered linens. All linens are professionally serviced for each and every reservation. The linens are washed in commercial grade washers with stronger hypoallergenic detergent than you would find in a residential washer. All linens are then pressed with an iron at 300° F, vs. a standard home dryer that only reaches 160°. You are not likely to find this level of service in other vacation homes. Hot Tub- There is no lifeguard on duty for the hot tub. Please use at your own risk. We kindly ask that you shower prior to entering the hot tub. There is parking for 1 cars. Many of the local roads are privately owned and privately maintained. We appreciate you not exceeding the maximum parking limit.
