Walking distance to restaurants and beaches. Nice pool. Inside is clean and has everything you need to cook small meals. AC works great. Sometimes the drains in the bathroom randomly emitted an unpleasant smell, but we just closed the door and opened the windows, so no big deal to us. My only issue was that we needed to shorten our stay by 1 night due to some trouble with our travel plans, and we submitted the request with 2 weeks left of free cancellation, but it was not approved. So if you may have a change in plans, I wouldn’t book here because they are not flexible, even with free cancellation. Other than that it’s a good budget stay in Ksamil.

great place, beautiful view, all the amenities are there, parking inside the yard, 10 min from the beaches, excellent hospitality. warm recommendation!

The apartement was very beautiful and clean , Gentian is very kind , but the location was different from the presented,and its 15-20 walking to the beach ..
