This place is outstanding ! Great location and very comfortable. So is the bed 💙 Luxurious and felt at home. Space was amazing and so accommodating. Staff is very helpful and eager to please. What an experience. Great town and location.

Had high expectations but not worth the money spent. Wifi, phone & TV didn't work. Reported the issues & was advised that (1) services weren't working & a technical team would come fix it and, (2) TV wasn't working due to underground work in the city but all issues would be resolved the next day. Next day, after coming back from a full day of exploring, all issues remained but no form of communication was received advising what was done. Spoke to a couple staying in a different room & their amenities worked except wifi. Lack of communication knowing these services were down is what bugged us the most. Also, room smelled like sitting water which was likely due to no ventilation. Eventually made it right & moved us to a different suite where wifi cut in & out but seeing them handover our old suite to someone else on the same day is concerning. Location, breakfast and on-site staff (especially Kenan) were great but honest communication is missing from the owner.
