Kay is friendly and a great communicator. house is very clean and neat. space for my items in the fridge. bed was comfortable and I was toasty warm on a very cold night. highly recommend.

We were highly satisfied with the whole experience from booking to checkout! Kay's Place ticked all the boxes for exactly what we were looking for, the white noise machine in the bedroom is such a nice calming touch for a good night's rest! The water pressure in the shower is really good and the water was nice and hot! We will definitely consider staying here again next time we are visiting family in the area. Thank you so much Kay for helping us have a lovely holiday visit!

Ive stayed in 3-4 airbnbs around the area over the past few months, and this one was by far my favorite! I was a little nervous at first, because it was just a room in someone’s house, but Kay was super friendly and made me feel at home. The room and bathroom were spotless and spacious, and even had a white noise machine so I slept like a baby. Highly recommend this Airbnb!!
