This is a destination unto itself. The grounds are breathtaking and the layout is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed many hearths to keep us cozy, and the warm pool provided endless fun. The bfast cooks are superb, coyote canyon beyond memorable, and peaceful massages. Carmen the manager was attentive and responsive. Now we want to travel the world visiting Eric’s properties! Thank you 😊

We stayed 6 days with our entire family of 10. The staff was amazing. Carmen was so attentive and helped get everyone to the house despite delayed and canceled flights. It was so relaxing spending days by the pool and enjoying dinners with our entire family at one table in a beautiful setting. The sunrise hot air balloon ride from the house was a great experience for our family. Memories to last a lifetime. The house was amazing! The master suite is incredible! The rooftop views of the sunrise and sunsets were spectacular! Words can not describe how beautiful the house is. It has a rustic elegant feel and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Our kids shared with us that it was one of the best trips we have done as a family and we have been on several over the last 30 years. If you’re considering staying at Casa Adela do not hesitate to book your trip!

Casa Adela was a dream come true. It was even better in person than in the photos. Carmen (the manager) was the kindest most helpful of hosts! We were so blessed to have her assisting us every step of the way. Our wedding could not have been any more beautiful with the recommendation to use Elemental wedding planning. Marisol from Elemental made the process so easy and everything was handled professionally and we felt like royalty our entire stay. Every morning, Norma, Blanca and Lydia made us delicious breakfast as well as tidied our rooms and kept everything clean. Juan jose and his team of drivers were AMAZING! Not only with recommendations and rides, they brought us everything we could have ever needed (tacos, tequila & great vibes). We will 💯 be coming back again and would be honored to stay at Casa Adela again. 10/10 is not a high enough rating for our stay. Thanks again to Eric, Carmen & the rest of the staff for the most magical trip of our lives! 🙏🏼
