Even though the apartment company (HI5 apartments) was responsive, there was much to complain about. The shower curtain is too small and therefore the whole floor is wet after every use and the mattress had mold on it. The mattress was exchanged the same day, but nothing was done to help this not happening again, like putting a bed frame under the mattress. So I would advice you highly to check the mattress, as the chance of mold is very high.
