可以付费让房东去车站接待，也可以自行走路到达，房间很小，没有暖气，隔音很差，隔壁房客有一点声音都很吵，不过有免费车开，出行倒是蛮方便。哦对，房子隔壁就是墓地……
Checking in was a breeze and Felix gave a very clear and detailed explanation of the room and usage of the car. One of the days the car battery died and Felix personally came down to my location to jump start the car and change the battery. Would definitely choose to stay here again the next time I am back in Japan!
The Airbnb was located a distance from town at a peaceful and quaint neighbourhood. The suzuki lapin that came with the room was a delight and useful in getting around when driving to nearby restaurants and family mart, and even to koyasan and kobe. Though it failed to start at one point, the host was helpful in coming down to jump start the vehicle. Was not used to the thinness of the futon bed but overall the Airbnb was worth its value.
As one of the long staying guests, I recommend this hotel. Nice location, free car service, kindly landlords, they will help you to taste different travel experience in Japan. Thanks for Felix and Alyson.
I loved my stay here. Felix and Alyson were fantastic hosts and showed us around. hospitality is unparalleled and the car was an amazing convenience to have. Will definitely be staying here again next time we're back in Osaka.

The neighborhood is in Izumisano, Osaka. This neighborhood provides the perfect balance between nature and convenience. It offers a peaceful atmosphere with green spaces while still providing a variety of shops, restaurants, and amenities.

The hotel is situated near Route 26, offering direct access to both Osaka downtown and Wakayama. Route 26 is almost no branches, following the route the path north straight to the Osaka downtown; while south to Wakayama. It provides a convenient location to reach these destinations quickly. Along Route 26, there are numerous restaurants which serves all types of food, udon & soba, dessert, sushi, curry, beef BBQ, hot pot, etc. It is a busy street with a lot attractions to see.
The hotel is about 15-minute drive to Hanshin Expressway Izumisnao Entrance. It is convenient to explore the surrounding attractions and navigate the city.

These 2 train stations are the nearest to the hotel, however both take about 20-min walk.
1) Yoshiminosato station, Nankai Line (南海本線 吉見の里駅)
2) Shinge station, Hanwa Line (阪和線 新家駅)
The hotel is located slightly inwards in a cozy neighbourhood.
On the back side there is Route 26 - a main road that go all the way to Wakayama and Osaka city. There are sushi restaurnats within 5-min walk, Hamasushi （はま寿司）and Sushiro（スシロー）
On the Front side there is a river, too. Kashii River (樫井川）.
Walking from Yoshiminosato station 吉見の里駅 will bring you to Route 26 side, whereas Shinge station 新家駅 will bring you to the river side.
