We’re located in Augusta’s charming, historic, Olde Town neighborhood! Our 1926 Bungalow is inviting and spacious at 3,400 sq ft. We have two living rooms, 9 ft dining table, upstair and downstairs primary bedrooms, all bedrooms have en-suit bathrooms, sunroom with daybed and full hall bath, relaxing front porch with fans, and outdoor grilling area. You couldn’t pick a better home to host your family and friends or group traveling for the Masters or Ironman! Our family is all about original architecture, modern amenities and textured/neutral decor. Our home boasts a large living area when you walk in the front door, a second living room/library directly off the living room, a spacious dining room with a 9’ table, a fully stocked bright and airy kitchen, first floor primary bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. At the top of the stairs is a beautiful sunroom that can double as a sitting area and sleeping space with a comfortable sofa and twin daybed. Next to the sunroom is a reading nook and full hall bath. Three bedrooms fill out the rest of the upstairs. A second primary bedroom with king bed and en-suite full bathroom sits at the front upstairs of the house with 3 large sun soaked windows. Another upstairs bedroom has a full size bed with twin mattress that can be pulled out to make an extra space for sleeping, and en-suit full bathroom. Lastly a large bedroom with two XL twin beds (80” /queen bed length and sleep an adult comfortably) and full en-suite bathroom. Smart TVs are located in the living room and upstairs sunroom. Our fenced backyard features a large trampoline, fire pit, patio, cutting garden, swing set and grilling area. A full size stackable washer and dryer, full size 2nd fridge and small appliances are located off the kitchen in our mud room. We have a little something for everyone and enough space for your trip to feel special, memorable, relaxing and enjoyable!
